A key Starlink satellite communication station providing internet to Ukraine and the EU was set on fire in Poland

The station provides internet access to a significant part of Central and Eastern Europe, including Ukraine.

The fire broke out on the evening of September 23 in the village of Wola Krobowska, damaging antennas and a power generator.

Polish Digital Affairs Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski stated there were compelling reasons to view the incident as deliberate arson aimed at disrupting operations.

According to available information, the station, along with similar infrastructure in Lithuania, ensures satellite internet connectivity for Central and Eastern Europe, including Ukraine.
