Russians will soon begin paying a tax to fund the restoration of facilities damaged by drone attacks, according to the Ministry of Finance. 

The tax will be introduced this fall.

 "Regarding the accounting of expenses for defense and the restoration of facilities, we are working with various industries to determine what changes are needed in tax legislation. It is clear that changes are necessary. I believe we will introduce them this fall," said Deputy Minister of Finance Alexei Sazanov.
