Turkey's pro-Kurdish party decides to halt parliamentary works
Turkey's pro-Kurdish party, the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), has decided to halt all its parliamentary works following the arrest of nine of its lawmakers, Hurriyet News reported on Sunday.

Berlin summons Turkish envoy after MP arrests
Germany on Friday summoned Turkey's envoy after Ankara detained almost a dozen lawmakers from the main pro-Kurdish party, warning that a crackdown against terror should not be used as an excuse to silence the opposition.

Turkey: HDP co-chair says ‘bring it on’ in immunity row
The political row which erupted after the Turkish president called for the co-leaders of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) to have their immunities lifted to facilitate an investigation has prompted one of the party’s co-chairs to say “bring it on.”
