Azeri provocation
The facts that are taking place in Artsakh are not neutral and are consequences of Azeri provocation. Every time we see the Azeris making such attacks to change the facts vainly, but we realize that alongside the Armenian strategy tries to explain for years now that there are no problems and that we are very far from the war in 1994.

Azerbaijan bans 335 foreign nationals over visits to Nagorno-Karabakh
Azerbaijan on Aug. 2 banned 335 foreign nationals - including European
lawmakers, journalists and academics - from entering the country over
visits they allegedly made to the disputed territory of
Nagorno-Karabakh.
The Azerbaijani foreign ministry released a list - including several deputies from France's National Assembly, a member of the British House of Lords and a Spanish opera singer - of people declared personae non grata in the oil-rich former Soviet state. All those on the list had "broken the law on Azerbaijan's state borders and disrespected the national sovereignty and territorial unity of Azerbaijan," the ministry said in a statement. "Armenia-backed separatists" (sic) seized Nagorn0-Karabakh from Azerbaijan in a 1990s war that killed 30,000 people. Despite years of negotiations since a 1994 ceasefire, the two sides have still not signed a peace deal.

Armenia-Azerbaijan likely to meet for disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. A summit may be held and Azerbaijani and Armenian presidents may come together.
Armenian Foreign Minister Edvard Nalbanyan said on Monday that Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents were likely to come together to negotiate the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh by the end of 2013.
A conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia broke out in 1991 over the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh when Armenia made territorial claims against Azerbaijan.
Negotiations have so far failed to produce a permanent peace agreement.
Nalbandyan said Armenia supported the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk Group, which encourages peace negotiations to the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over Nagorno-Karabakh, and would keep supporting it.
