The U.S. administration is concerned about attacks by Kyiv on vessels transporting U.S. oil during the Ukraine conflict, stated Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"Probably not intentionally, yet [U.S. oil shipments] became a target for Ukraine. And this problem must be resolved. We cannot allow this to happen," he said in an interview with Fox News.
The top U.S. diplomat also emphasized that Washington hopes "the situation can change."
