The Saudi-led coalition in Yemen says its air defense systems have intercepted and destroyed a ballistic missile launched by the Iran-backed Houthis towards the kingdom.
In a post on X early on Saturday, the coalition’s spokesman said the missile was headed towards Khamis Mushait.
The coalition said earlier that defense systems intercepted and destroyed two drones launched by Houthis headed towards Riyadh.
