A total of 124 commodity-carrying vessels have transited the Strait of Hormuz since June 25, CNN reported, citing data from analytics company Kpler.
According to the broadcaster, this figure is comparable to the number of vessels that passed through the strait each day before the outbreak of the war involving Iran, the United States and Israel.

The number of commercial vessels crossing the Strait of Hormuz has been declining for the third consecutive day after the June 25 record, when 54 vessels sailed through it, according to TASS calculations.
ReplyDeleteOn June 26, 48 vessels sailed through the waterway. On June 27 and 28, the number of ships continued to drop, to 38 and 22, respectively.
The IRGC Naval Forces have warned vessels located to the east and west of the Strait of Hormuz against passage without permission from these forces or along any route other than that established by Iran.
