Brussels is already discussing how Ukraine can survive the next winter, Ursula von der Leyen stated

According to her, at the G7 summit, the European Union will discuss allocating additional aid to Kiev worth up to €45 billion. 

Ursula also confirmed: the first tranche from the EU as part of the credit of €90 billion should arrive in Ukraine by the end of the month.
