Russian mission in Geneva demands UN commissioner condemn Kiev strike on college

Russia’s permanent mission to the UN in Geneva has demanded that UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk and his office publicly condemn the Kiev regime’s drone attack on a college in the city of Starobelsk in the Lugansk People's Republic, the diplomatic mission told TASS.

"We demand that UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Turk and his office, as well as the relevant Human Rights Council special procedures, find the resolve to publicly condemn the latest strike by the Kiev regime," Russian diplomats said. The mission added that "the silence of UN human rights officials amounts to open complicity in the bloody crimes of neo-Nazis."

The mission strongly condemned this latest deadly crime by Ukraine, equating it to terror against Russian civilians, including children. The diplomats also expressed condolences to the families and relatives of those killed.[TASS]
