EU and NATO leaders must realize that the money they are providing to Kiev is being spent on civilian killings, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
Earlier, Kherson Region Governor said that a drone attack on a cafe and a hotel had killed 24 people and left another 50 injured.
"I think every president and prime minister of European Union and NATO countries should get a report this morning - perhaps while having coffee with a croissant, poached eggs, and biscuits topped with jam - that would contain the breaking news we are discussing now as it is tearing our hearts apart. They need to realize just once deep inside that the billions of dollars and euros they have sent to Kiev are being spent on burning people alive on New Year’s night," Zakharova told the Izolenta Live project.[TASS]

Maria Zakharova a comparé cette attaque à la méthode de collaborateurs venus d'Ukraine occidentale qui avaient brûlé des gens dans le village biélorusse de Khatyn lors de la Seconde guerre mondiale.

At least 24 people have been killed and over 50 have suffered injuries in a drone attack on a cafe and a hotel in the Kherson Region, Governor Vladimir Saldo said.

Three drones attacked a cafe and a hotel in the settlement of Khorly on the Black Sea coast. According to preliminary reports, over 50 people were injured and 24 were killed," he wrote on Telegram.
"Many people were burned alive. A child was killed. In fact, the crime can be compared to what happened in Odessa’s Trade Union House (where 48 people died in a fire set by Ukrainian radical nationalists on May 2, 2014 - TASS)," Saldo added.
The governor pointed out that the attack had come right about midnight. The strike caused a fire which has now been extinguished.
Three Ukrainian drones attacked a hotel and cafe in the Kherson region, with one drone carrying an incendiary device. Regional governor Vladimir Saldo stated the strike intentionally targeted civilians leaving 24 dead, 29 injured, including 5 children.

The Ukrainian strike on a cafe in the Kherson region must receive the harshest legal and political condemnation from all countries for which the norms of international humanitarian law still mean something, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev Regime's War Crimes Rodion Miroshnik said.
