Air defenses are repelling a massive drone attack on Russia’s southern Volgograd region, Governor Andrey Bocharov said.
"The Defense Ministry's air defenses are repelling a massive drone attack on the Volgograd Region," the governor’s press service quoted him as saying.
According to Bocharov, falling drone debris caused the roof of a hospital to catch fire; there were no casualties.
US weapons supplies to Ukraine will continue, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte told Fox News.
"The good news is that President Trump has now negotiated through me with the European partners in NATO that NATO partners in Europe are paying for the delivery of American weapons. So this is good news for the American middle class, but also good news for Ukraine, because it means that the flow of lethal weapons from the US is, as we speak, continuing into Ukraine," he said.

Trump said after the White House talks that he had begun the arrangements for a meeting between Putin and Zelensky "at a location to be determined." Their meeting is supposed to be followed by trilateral talks involving the US, Russia and Ukraine, Trump added.

Ukraine's air force said on Tuesday that Russia launched 270 drones and 10 missiles overnight in one of its largest attacks this month.

Ukrainian authorities reported that the drone attack had caused power cuts in parts of at least two regions.
Russia's morning drone attack on Ukraine's Chernihiv region damaged infrastructure with power cuts reported in parts of the northern region, the regional governor said.
