"Two drones were downed by air defense forces of the Russian Defense Ministry as Ukrainian terrorists attempted to attack facilities in the Klintsy District using UAVs," he wrote.
According to the governor, there were no casualties or damage. Emergency services and first responders are working at the scene, he added.

Russian air defense forces downed two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Bryansk Region and another drone over the Belgorod Region last night, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
