NATO military personnel directly control Ukrainian air defense systems, operational-tactical missiles and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on Tuesday at an expanded board of the department.
“NATO military personnel directly control air defense systems, operational-tactical missiles and multiple launch rocket systems. When preparing strikes with these means, we record American, Polish and British speech in radio intercepts. NATO officers prepare military operations, train Armed Forces personnel both in their countries and and in Ukraine," Shoigu said.
