The UN Security Council will convene on Wednesday, November 8, to discuss the sabotage of Russia’s Nord Stream pipelines, Brazil’s permanent mission to the UN said.
"At the Russian Federation’s request, a closed meeting will be held on the issue of the Nord Stream pipelines," the mission said.
The event will be held after an open session on Ukraine, to begin at 23:00 Moscow time.
It will be held on Russia’s initiative, in connection with the Ukrainian military’s latest deadly shelling attack on Donetsk.
