Jordan rejects any scenario involving Israel's reoccupation of any areas in the Gaza Strip or the creation of buffer zones there, which would only worsen the crisis, King Abdullah II said on Monday.
“Any scenario or thoughts that involve the reoccupation of any parts of the Gaza Strip or the creation of buffer zones there will aggravate the crisis... This is unacceptable and an attack on the rights of Palestinians,” Jordanian news agency Petra quoted the monarch as saying.
