Continuing to send weapons to Ukraine could lead to a world war, Former Slovak Prime Minister says

Fueling the war in Ukraine by the European Union under the dictation of the United States is madness, stressed Former Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico.

In a televised interview published on his website, Fico warned that that continuing to send weapons to Ukraine could lead to igniting a world war.

Fico, who is also Leader of the Smer-Social Democracy party, added that in case his party wins early parliamentary elections that will take place this year and forms a government, it will stop sending any kind of weapons from Slovakia to Ukraine.

He noted that his country does not want to get involved in any war, especially against Russia.
