Stepanakert comes under shelling again - TASS

Armenia’s Cabinet of Ministers information center has reported that Stepanakert was shelled again by Azerbaijan’s armed forces on Sunday night.

"Stepanakert is under fire again. Explosions are heard in the city," the statement said.
