ReplyDeleteLes habitants de Lougansk ont accueilli avec joie le convoi humanitaire russe, qui est arrivé vendredi dans la ville, indique ITAR-TASS. Les gens sont sortis dans la rue pour saluer les camions russes qui leur ont acheminé des vivres, des médicaments et des articles de première nécessité.
La distribution des aides à Lougansk commencera samedi. 24 postes de distribution des aides ont été créés à cette fin.
Une situation humanitaire catastrophe s'est créée à Lougansk, bloquée par l'armée ukrainienne. Les livraisons des produits alimentaires avaient été suspendues. Les citadins étaient restés sans eau potable et sans électricité.
