A raid by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) involved the
execution of 15 civilians, seven of which were children, according to a
report by Amnesty International on Friday.
The report stated that the possible cause may have been suspicion by the ISIS that the civilian community in the village of al-Tleiliye supported the Kurdish armed group, People's Protection Unit (YPG).
A dispute between the ISIS and YPG about food supplies has sparked an armed feud between the two rebel groups, added the Amnesty International report.
